This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered when you purchase from Golden Harvest.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship within the Philippines only.
  • Orders outside the Philippines are not accepted at this time.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation (online payment) or order confirmation (Cash on Delivery).
  • Orders are fulfilled through our trusted fulfillment partners.
  • Order processing time is typically 1 business day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days
  • Delivery times may vary due to location, weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping fees depend on your delivery location and order total.
  • Free shipping applies automatically when your order reaches the required minimum amount for your area. Provincial COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations. COD orders may be confirmed through SMS, call, Messenger, or email before dispatch.
  • For provincial deliveries, high-value orders, or bulk orders, Golden Harvest may request a small shipping deposit through GCash before shipping. The remaining balance can still be paid via COD upon delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and an active mobile number. Refused, unreachable, or failed COD deliveries may affect future COD eligibility.

6. Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Tracking details may be provided when available.
  • If an order is delayed or undelivered, please contact us so we can coordinate with our fulfillment partner.

7. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
  • Additional fees due to incorrect addresses may be charged to the customer.
